Hello you all. There have been some doubts about what a country may see and what not. Here is a complete explanation for it. Every country sees: 1) All his provinces, whether occupied by him, by other, or disoccupied. 2) All the provinces bordering his own country, whether he occupies the own bordering provinces or not. 3) Everything around his own units. 4) All those supply centers he owns, wheter occupied or not. List. Country Always seen England country plus Nts, Nwg, Nat, Iri, Eng. France country plus Pie, Gol, Spa, Mid, Eng, Bel, Ruh, Mun. Germany country plus Tyr, Boh, Gal, War, Liv, Bal, Den, Hel, Hol, Bel, Bur, Italy country plus Mar, Gol, Tys, Ion, Adr, Tri, Tyr. Russia country plus Bar, Nor, Swe, Gob, Bal, Pru, Sil, Gal, Rum, Bla, Arm. Austria country plus Pie, Ven, Adr, Alb, Ser, Rum, Ukr, War, Sil, Mun. Turkey country plus Sev, Bla, Bul, Aeg, Eas. Of course the corner countries see less than the central countries. I hope I have not left anything. If I have done please, tell it to me and I will correct the mistake. If your units are abroad, then you may see whatever surrounds them. So, if I do not inform about the presence of units in a province you may see, it means that nobody is there. If you occupy a center, you will always will be informed about it, but you will not be informed about its surroundings if you are not phisically there. The information is avaliable up to the Winter in which you lose it. This is what refers to static information and it is perfectely clear. The problem arises in moving information. Which movements can you see? My main ideas are this: I am trying to apply logic in this matter. If a movement occurs around your home, or its bordering provinces, or a own unit which holds or supports, or convoys, then you may see that order totally or partially depending if you see one or both provinces affected. If you are abroad, and moving, then you lose sight of everything happening around you. You will only be informed about the actions which involve your origin province, and your destiny province, whether if your movement succeds or not. A supporting and a convoying unit will be consider to hold as far as its chances to see surroundings. This is not the same policy I followed in the previous blind game but I think it is clearer, and easier to be introduced to a computer if this is ever done. About support orders, you may see a unit making a support, but if you cannot see the province where the support is being done, you may not be sure if he is supporting a unit holding, or a movement. 1 Austria: A CON HOLD Italy: F SMY S F ION - EAS Italy: F ION - EAS Austria would receive: Italy: Fleet Smyrna SUPPORT ??? 2 Austria: A CON HOLD Italy: F SMY S F ION - AEG Italy: F ION - AEG Austria would receive: Italy: Fleet Smyrna SUPPORT Fleet ??? -> Aegean Sea If any of you wants to propose any other example, please tell it to me. However, I think that the experienced players have already realised of such things.
